Terms & Conditions
Last updated January 2026.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MinerHub platform and the mining hosting, hashrate and digital contract services offered through it. By creating an account or purchasing any product you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal or purchase is processed.
2. Services
We provide colocated ASIC miner hosting, cloud mining contracts and fixed-return digital contracts. Mining rewards are variable and depend on network difficulty, the Bitcoin price and machine uptime. No specific level of profit is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed contract.
3. Hosting & Power Costs
Hosted miners incur a daily power and facility fee charged in line with the rate shown at purchase. Where price protection applies, the capped rate is honoured for as long as the qualifying conditions remain in effect. Unpaid post-paid hosting invoices may result in a machine being paused after the stated grace period.
4. Payments & Withdrawals
Balances are held in USD-equivalent and BTC. Withdrawals are paid to the wallet address saved in your settings; changing that address temporarily locks withdrawals for security. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and applicable taxes apply.
5. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency mining and holding involves significant risk, including the total loss of capital. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinerHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network events, price movements, force majeure or third party service interruptions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
